Step by step to send the form to the IMSS online

First, enter your company's IMSS portal (IDSE).

Next, enter your e.firma or NPIE (Electronic Employer Identification Number).

Now select the DAPSUA option.

Your employer's record will appear on the screen, attach the file with the final DAP (it is the guide you obtained when requesting the determination calculation in the SUA-Self-Determination System program).

How to submit the annual review form to the IMSS online

The following documents, original and copy:

  • CLEM-22A and CLEM-22 formats.
  • (TIP) Employer Identification Card.
  • The accreditation issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, in case of having a Labor Administration and Security regime.
  • USB file with the ending .SRT.
  • The latter can also be generated in the application that is available on the IMSS page in February.
