Starring Michelle Yeoh, Best Actor, with Ke Huy Quan, and Best Supporting Actress, with Jamie Lee Curtis and Stephanie Hsu.

Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, the award-winning filmmaking duo known as DANIELS, have been nominated for the 2023 Oscar for Best Director.

The duo has earned recognition for their unique visual style and overproduction techniques on a variety of projects, from feature films to music videos. His work is characterized by bright colors and an aesthetic that can be described as surreal and whimsical.

The 2023 Oscar nominations revealed an exciting race for Best Picture, with two films tied for second place. Nothing new on the front and Inisherin's Banshees are up for nine statuettes, including best film.

Nothing New on the Front is written and directed by up-and-coming filmmaker Riley Wainwright and stars Hollywood veteran Samuel L. Jackson as a Vietnam War veteran suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder following his deployment.

It is an emotional story that speaks to veterans and non-veterans alike, as it explores themes such as morality, loyalty, heroism and redemption.

The 2023 Oscars are looking exciting, with a long list of nominees in the Best Original Song category. Lady Gaga will compete for the award with her song “Hold My Hand”, from the movie Top Gun: Maverick. Rihanna has also been nominated for her single Lift Me Up, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Other big stars who got a nomination are Sofia Carson, with Applause, from Tell it like a Woman.

The pop divas are also competing with Naatu Naatu, the viral song from the film RRR. The song, sung by Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava, has taken the music industry by storm since its release.
